2. SMS / Text Message Program

By opting in to GAS UTV text alerts, you consent to receive automated text messages about your account and payment activity, order and delivery status, service appointments, and quote updates. You will receive up to 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not required as a condition of purchase.

Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel at any time. After replying STOP you will receive one final message confirming your opt-out, and no further messages will be sent.

3. Orders & Payments

All prices are in US dollars. Orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Payment is processed securely at checkout; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.

4. Limitation of Liability

GAS UTV is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, or messaging program, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
